On The Home Stretch.

A few weeks ago I did a radio interview from the comfort of my Passat.  It was scheduled at a time when the only quiet spot I could find was in my drivers seat.  So I sat in a parking lot and chatted with Debbie from “On The Home Stretch”.

Debbie’s radio program is geared towards people who are in fact, on the “home stretch”.  I was surprised that I was considered a viable interview for this station, because I’d like to believe I’m not on the “home stretch”.  At. All.  I think 30 is still flirty and fun not fatigued and falling apart (don’t mean to offend those on the “home stretch”…I know some of you are in fantastic condition!)

Regardless of the name of the show or who is considered on the “home stretch” or not, here is the interview I had with Debbie.  It was a lot of fun and she was a fantastic host.  The interview is about 15 minutes, so grab a snack, sit back and relax.

On The Home Stretch

I just listened to the interview again and realized at the end of the segment Debbie called me “KIDDO”. WHAT? Was that an intentional joke or just because I am 50 years younger than all the other guests she normally has on the broadcast?  Who knows?

“Kiddo” AND “Cutie pie.” Okay, Grandma. (I’m guessing the host herself is “on the homestretch.”) Megan, you’re so pro in radio interviews. :)
